She was predeceased by: her parents, John V. Atwood and Eva Atwood (Strickland); her husband Jim; her siblings, Mamie Hodge, Bill Atwood, Joe Atwood and Earl Atwood; and her pet Sadie.

She is survived by: her children, Greg Perkins (Shelly) and Deanna Elliott (Jim); her grandchildren, Hayden, Michaela, Jacob, James and Jason; her great grandchildren, Thompson, Cecelia and Kendall; her siblings, Lois Lathrop (Joe), Bob Atwood (Mary), Dorothy Reece and Thelma Margaret Campbell; and her siblings-in-law, Sherry Frankville and David Perkins.
