He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Holder and Rena Holder (Beeler); his former life partner Willene "Willie" Davis; and his brother Marvin A. Holder. He is survived by : his wife Marge Gerbino; his daughters, Debbie Dixon (Scott), Lisa McFarlane (Kevin), Ann Allen (Tim), Dede Honeyman (Lance) and Kari Sulaver (Bret); and his stepdaughter Michelle Gerbino. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; his 21 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
