He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Tice; his grandparents, Lerue, Eona Tice, Everett and Claudia Walk; his niece Jennifer Barrett; his great-grandaunt Nelle Waggoner; his uncles, David Tice and Tom Brouwer; and his aunt Charlotte.
He is survived by: his parents, Morris Tice and Barbara Tice (Walk); his girlfriend Sharon Cox; his children, Michael Tice, James Tice (Amanda) and Jen Speno; his grandchildren, Everett Tice, Lucca Speno and Gia Speno; his siblings, Scott Tice and Becky Hale; and his niece Jessica Raymond.
