He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhard J. Witthuhn and Ingeborg Witthuhn (Rohwedel). He is survived by: his wife Karen Tadd of DeKalb; his sister Sue Horton of Elgin; his nephews, Douglas and Bradley Horton; and his brother-in-law Gary Tadd (Tammy).
