He is survived by: his wife Megan Perry (McCabe); his children, Brianna and Brayden; his parents, Carlton Perry and Christine Perry (Mummert); his brothers, Michael (Annmarie), Matthew (Monique) and Zachariah (Tina); and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn Perry, Kelsey McCabe, Ezekiel Perry and Colin McCabe.
