Judith J. Culver Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith J. Culver of DeKalb, Illinois, born in Hazel Crest, Illinois, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill (Evelyn Locke) and Judy; and her sister-in-law Nancy Culver. She is survived by: her husband Ken Culver; her stepchildren, Mary Hawkins (Jon) and Daerielle Balika (Brian); her grandchildren, Daniel, Jack and Saelyn; her siblings, Linda Whitaker (Dave), Marty Locke (Helen) and Paul Locke; and her siblings-in-law, David Culver (Karen), Randy Culver and Chris Knowles. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and their children, many loving cousins, and so many wonderful friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Finch Funeral Home (310 Oak St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (329 Pine St, DeKalb, IL 60115).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Judy's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), would be appreciated.
