He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Theisen and Lorraine C. Theisen (Franzen). He is survived by: his wife Teresa A. Lynch; his children, Courtney Theisen of Chicago and Dylan Theisen; his stepson Michael Lynch (Alanna); his grandchildren, Cohen, Hudsyn and Nessa of Colorado; his sister Ann Theisen of Aurora; his stepbrothers, David (Tiffany) and Mike Maryanov (Cory); his stepmother Mona Theisen of Wisconsin; his nephew Michael Williams (Kristina); and his pet Max.
