She was predeceased by : her father Edward Smerke; her grandparents, Chris, Ed Smerke, Mike Kuba and Lucille Hedrick; and her godparents, Anne and Jim Mayne.
She is survived by : her mother Phyllis Smerke (Null); her husband Mike; her children, Michael and Kylie; her sister Karen Cota (Mike); her grandfather Roy Hedrick; her brother-in-law David; her parents-in-law, Mike and Dawn Kuba; and her friend Maryann Davis.
