We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Margaret Mellott (DeKalb, Illinois). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Kevin; her parents, Roy and Ruth (Downers Grove); her siblings, June, Shirley Judy, Lana and Robert; her grandmother Meg; and her great grandchildren, Kerry Mellott Malta (Sharon), Matt (Mary), Kerianne, Jamie (John), Rebecca (Travis), Craig Mellott, Tamara (Jeremy), Kevin, Jeffrey (Jennifer), Jennifer (Jeremy), Kristin Mellott Ashenhurst Chicago (Anthony), Sarah Jayne (Dave), Alexa, Grace, Kim Mellott Armour Elgin (Larry), Ryan (Lindsay), Jay (Shelly) and Kyle. She was also cherished by four loving children, 13 grandchildren.
There will not be a public service, however donations in Margaret's name can be directed to the Dekalb county meals on wheels via the voluntary action center of Dekalb who's friendliness and assurance of food warmed her heart.
