She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Dierks and Marietta Dierks; her husband Edward L. Hughes; and her sisters, Arnetta and Carol.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Monica), David, Todd (Peggy), Jon (Staci) and Ted; and her grandchild Halloween. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandson.
