She was predeceased by: her parents, O. J. "Hap" Hazard and Constance Hazard (Colvin); and her husband Jan J. Demers. She is survived by: her children, Rachel (Jared Johnsen) of Malta, Jolie and Corey of DeKalb; her stepchildren, Eva of Memphis, Erin of Alvarado and Adam of Greenville, Texas; and her siblings, O. J. (Joanne) of Bridgeport, Connecticut and Mary (Dave Somerville) of Murphy, Texas. She is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
