She is survived by: her children, Karin Frederick (Robert) and Richard Weltzin (Dee Woessner); her grandchildren, James Frederick (Jamie), Sarah Chalawa (Mike), Jon Frederick (Irina) and Mike Frederick; and her great grandchildren, Abby, Adyson, Maddy, Adam and Anthony.
