He was predeceased by: his parents, George Heiden and Lucille Heiden (Caulkins); his wife Ruth Boudreau; his son Jerry L. Heiden; and his stepson Daniel Hollis (Susan).
He is survived by: his children, Luann Cullison of Sycamore and Norman Heiden (Jill) of Dixon; his grandson Jordan Grubbs (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Kaylin and Lucas. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
