He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sanderson and Selma Fadness Sanderson; and his siblings, Eugene Sanderson, Alvin Sanderson, Esther Lehman, Gladys Burrdick, Florence Olson, Stella Ashpole, Ellen Simons, Ida Gross and Norma Cardinali.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Sanderson of Burlington; and his daughters, Lily Tayson (Greg) of Burlington, Susan Magnuson (Tom) of Colorado Springs, CO, Michelle Ryan (Gary) of Boerne, TX and Lisa Schwartz (Chet Casey) of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
