She is survived by: her mother Myrtle Medernach; her siblings, Jim Medernach, Nick Medernach (Nylietta Rosenfeld), Debra "Debbie" Hernandez (Joel), Margaret Medernach and Edward "Ed" Medernach; her siblings' children, Christopher Ramos (Joy), Crystal Donahue (Paul), Candida Hernandez, Travis Medernach (Sarah) and Joel Hernandez (Kayli Hubbs); her brother Richard "Rick" Jump (Barb); her nephews, Chad and Tony; her uncle Richard; her aunt Nellie Jump; her brother Ivan; her sister-in-law Angie Medernach; and her nieces, Victoria Medernach and Jennifer Medernach. She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews; a cousin.
