It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosann Shipman of DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Rosann Shipman to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John McCormick and Mary McCormick (Jordan); her husband Laurence O. Shipman; and her siblings, John, Bernard, James, Malachi, Patrick, Roberta Lagermeier, Catherine Hakala and Helen Plucker.

She is survived by: her children, Loraine Martellaro (Chuck), Robert Shipman, Tim (Victoria), Marc Shipman (Mary), James Shipman, Lynda Thelen (Michael) and Lisa Rapp. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
