With solemn reverence, we commemorate Sherman Smith of DeKalb, Illinois, whose life came to an end on April 20, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Smith and Dorotha Smith (Neff); and his great grandchild David Jr.. He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Florence "Missy" Yurs (Billy Muir) of DeKalb, Robert "Bobby" Yurs (Lorrie) of Poplar Grove, Willis Yurs of Malta, Shane Harris (Amy) of Springfield and Tommy Harris (Nicole) of Farmington, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Andrew, David, Teejah, Aaron, Donald, Brittany, Willie, Walter, Jacob, Emily, Austin, Emma, Troy and Anna. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
