She was predeceased by: her parents, Fait Forrest and Margaret Forrest (Meier); her husband Peter; her son Paul; and her granddaughter Christina.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Anderson (Richard) of Oak Park, IL, Michael Petros (Joan) of DeKalb, Karen Waddle (David) of DeKalb and Sharen Szula (Michael) of DeKalb; her grandchildren, Peter, Colleen, Kathleen, Ryan, Joshua, Jacob and Anthony; and her siblings, Donald Forrest, Linda Barron, Barb Cristallo and Sue King. She is also survived by eleven great- grandchildren.
