He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kuchynka and Louise Kuchynka (Kosek); and his brother Kenneth Kuchynka. He is survived by: his children, Charles Kuchynka (Kaley) of Phoenix and Mara Kuchynka of DeKalb; his grandson Andrew Kuchynka; and his sisters, Clare Bobo (Dan) of Hawaii and Laura Davis of Colorado.
