He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Holt and Shirley Holt (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Pam; his siblings, Tom Holt (Annette) and Terrie Harrington; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Fertwagner and Laurie Muscolino (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
