She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Mueller and Mildred Bethke Mueller; and her husband Daniel Byford. She is survived by: her children, Michael Byford (Lisa) of Waterman, IL and Cindy Kozumplik (Brian) of Sycamore, IL; and her grandsons, Zak Kozumplik (Rachel Gavin) of Cedar Falls and Rik Kozumplik of Sycamore, IL.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (511 Russell Rd, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Fairview Park Cemetery (1600 S 1st St #8678, DeKalb, IL 60115).
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
