He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John P. Lowe and Marion Lowe (Westlake); his wife Aztec; his sister Cora Marten (Lowe) of Oregon City; his children, Jonathan (Jennifer) and Marion (Richard Breen) of Danville; his grandchildren, Hannah Breen of Washington, D. C., Sebastian Lowe of DeKalb, Nicholas Breen of Danville and Connor Lowe of DeKalb; the mother of his children Louise Lowe (Chestnut) of DeKalb; his close friend Joe Villa of DeKalb; his friend Jeff Strack; his sisters, Marcia Wardell (Don), Jessie Caldwell (Dallas), Beatrice Bue (Elwyn) and Ruth Lowe; his brother-in-law John Marten; and his nephew Stephen Caldwell. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and loyal friends.

Burial will be at Mayfield Cemetery on Tuesday January 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.
