She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hymbaugh and Dorothy Mobley Hymbaugh; and her husband Dan Madden. She is survived by: her children, Harlan Carter Jr. (Millie) of Goodfield, Becki Lanzara (Robert) of San Jose and Tim Carter (Cheryl) of Delavan; her grandchildren, Amanda Lanzara (Dan Miller) of Ashley Lanzara, TJ, Dakota Carter (Sarah), Montana Shew (Dillon), Rosemary Ince (Jason), John Brady, James Merriman, Douglas Merriman and Kimberly DuBois (Lloyd); her great grandchildren, Henley Carter, Berkley Shew, Calvin Carter, Ridley Shew, Tristyn Carter, Emilie Merriman, James Powers, Morgan, Dakota, Bowdrie Blunier, Ethan, Abby Ince, Christian, Evan, Izzy, Stella and Gabriel Brady; and her siblings, Deborah Stockstill (Scott) of Delavan, Karen Hymbaugh of Indiana and Kevin Hymbaugh of East Peoria. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Orendorff Cemetery (5785 Orendorff Rd, Hopedale, IL 61747).
