It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Diane Williams of Delavan, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Bell and Dorothy Bell Sr. (Rupe); her sisters, Nettie Sargent and Gloria Artist; her sister-in-law Virginia Bell; and her nephews, Christopher Bell and Bobby Artist.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmie D. Williams of Delavan, Illinois; her children, Brian Waldon of Mackinaw, Stephanie McFarlane (Robert) of Morton, Scott Waldon (Jen Glad) of Creve Coeur and Mary Barrett (Patrick) of East Peoria, Illinois; her stepchildren, Brian Williams (Megan) of East Peoria and Amy Essary (Stephen) of Savannah, Tennessee; her siblings, Marion Bell Jr. of Logansport, Indiana and Veronica Lear of Peru; and her brother-in-law Robert Artist of Rochester, Indiana..
