He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lutz and Marguerite Lutz (Bailey); his wife Ann C. Judson; his son Kevin Lutz; and his sister Kathryn Look.
He is survived by: his daughter Karin Howland (Robert) of Pekin; his grandsons, Justin Howland (Cindy) of Pekin and Sean Howland (Michelle) of Morton; and his great grandchildren, McKenzie, Isabelle, Hazel and Tucker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Henderson Funeral Home and Crematory (2131 Velde Dr, Pekin, IL 61554). A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sand Prairie Cemetery (15450 Christmas Tree Rd, Green Valley, IL 61534).
