He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Taylor and Verneta Taylor; and his sisters, Mary Helen Selk and Linda Mae Hamilton. He is survived by: his brother Robert E. Taylor; his daughter Kathy Roach (late Rocky); his granddaughters, JoAnna Smith (David) and Kathryn Finley (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Abigail of Delavan, Hunter Smith of Delavan, Colton of Delavan and Ryker Finley of Delavan.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davis-Oswald Funeral Home (121 W 3rd St, Delavan, IL 61734). The military honors will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
