He was predeceased by : his mother Elizabeth Irene Watts (Tracy); his wife Mary Beth; and his father Thayne Elwood Watts. He is survived by : his sons, Charles R. Watts, David L. Watts, Duane B. Watts (Katherine) and William L. Watts (Sarah Chase) of Washington, D. C.; his half-brother Robert Watts; his brother-in-law John B. Goeken, Jr. (Miriam); his grandchildren, Kevin (Larissa), Cherie, Nicole, Joe (Carissa), Jim (Rebecca), Daniel (Maddie) and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Gunner, Henley, Megan (Drew), Nicholas, Alexander, Austin, Leighton, Westin, Jaelyn, Jensen and Jaden; his great great grandchild Ella; and his close friend Carol Newell. He is also survived by his family and enjoyed spoiling the grandkids and great grandkids.
