He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert "Slick" Bluhm and Maxine E. Terrell Bluhm; and his brother Dennis Bluhm. He is survived by: his adoptive children, Jason Hall, Jeffrey Bluhm, Scott Hall and Mindy Clark. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Prairie Rest Cemetery (3359 Springfield Rd, Delavan, IL 61734).

Memorial contributions may be made to OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria or National POW/MIA Memorial and Museum, 6112 POW-MIA Memorial PKWY, Jacksonville, FL 32221.
