She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Conklin and Grace Mae Sandon Conklin; and her sons, David and Tim Garrette. She is survived by: her son Michael Garrette (Rhonda Townley) of Dennison, IL; her grandchildren, Melody Fultz (Matt), Michela Dotie (Al), Tory Garrett, Reba Garrett and Zachariah Garrett; and her half-siblings, Jimmy Perry and Nom McFadden. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
