She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Blair and Blanche Blair (Goodrick); her spouse Laverne Seibech; her daughter Terri Seibech Peterson; her grandson Travis Seibech; and her siblings, Martha Perra, Brenda Barroso, Charles, Albert, Norman, Gerald, Robert and Ronald Blair.
She is survived by: her children, Bradley Seibech of Peru, Ken Seibech (Robin) of DePue and Linny Seibech of DePue. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Barto Funeral Home (120 W Cleveland St, Spring Valley, IL 61362). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
