He is survived by: his wife Lidia Pundy; his sons, Paul (Michelle Hunt) and Alex (Rebecca); his granddaughters, Jessica and Jordan; his goddaughters, Natalie Neczwid Gottschalk (Jay), Stephanie Procyk (Adam Shamoon), Dr. Alexandra Melnyk (Cody Rutledge) and Christina Dykun-Murdoch (Ryan); his siblings, Dr. Joseph, Dr. Christine (Andrij Neczwid) and Dr. Larissa (Taras Bozio); and his sister-in-law Laryssa Starodub. He is also survived by many extended family, friends.
