She is survived by: her children, Linda Chance (Don) and Daniel Smolak (Eileen); her grandchildren, Christopher (Quinn), Michael (Tracy), Taylor (Ben) and John; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Joey (Claudia), Ryan, Hannah, Jackson, Larkin and Scarlett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
