She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Goedert and Genevieve Goedert (Groh); her husband Nicholas G. Loriss; her son Nicholas H. Loriss; and her siblings, Raymond Jr., Dorothy, George and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Matthew, Lorraine, Gale, Janet and Sherry; her grandchildren, Carmen, Louie, Randy, Gloria, Jessica, Christina, Laura, Alex and Andrew; and her sister Barbara. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the G. L. Hills Funeral Home (745 Graceland Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the G. L. Hills Funeral Home and Cremation Center (745 Graceland Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
