She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lonergan and Olive Lonergan; her husband Paul Chiakas; and her granddaughter Stephanie. She is survived by: her sons, Bradley (Pam), Randy (late Sue), Kenny and Steve Chiakas (Gina); her grandchildren, Lee, Alicia, Carissa (Michael), Jackie, Laurel, Madelyn, Katie (Caleb Michael), Lily and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Delilah, Sophie and Alton; and her family Ultimately.
