We announce the death of Efrain A. Mallett of Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on June 23, 2026, at the age of 86. He was predeceased by: his parents, Efrain Mallett (Mayet) and Alicia Morales; his siblings, George, Florentino and Rosa; and his daughters, Leslie Ann and Ann Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Rita (Kreuzer); his children, James, Alicia (Scott Denlinger), Christina (Mark Evers), Rita (Brad Bowles), Michael (Jodi), Daniel (Marsha), Evie and Jonathon; his grandchildren, Anthony (Natalie), Ryan (Hunter), Michael, Greyson, Michayla, Amanda, Alyssa, Jacob (Jaclyn), Jenna, Megan, Olivia, Marissa, Caitlyn and Briggs; and his great grandchildren, Nicholas (Laura), Isabella and Maverick.
