She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrzej Kotlarz and Anna Kotlarz; her sisters, Anna, Estelle, Florence and Josephine; and her husband Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Chapetta (Tom), Christine (Perry Nelson), Anthony (Maureen) and Richard (Krystyna); her grandchildren, Anne Hoerer (Paul), Kelsey Stahl (Eddie), Katie Viken (Mick) and Anthony Prochenski; her great grandchildren, Paul, Faith, Grace, Nick and Joey Hoerer; her friend Claudine; and her son Little League. She is also survived by loving aunt to her nieces and nephews.
