She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Joseph and Stella Mae Zurawik (Rachmaciej); her husband Donald Joseph Adams; and her sister Barbara Dorsch (Eugene) of Scottsdale, Arizona.. She is survived by: her children, Donald B. Adams (Kathie), Sharon Cretu (Stefan) of Sun City, Kathy Adams (Oscar Rodriguez) of Arlington Heights and Debbie Adams of Des Plaines; her grandson Joe Adams of Schaumburg; her sister Donna Malinowski (Richard) of Palatine; her godson Timothy Malinowski (Alison Zentz) of Fox Lake; and her nieces and nephews, Eugene Dorsch (Jennifer) of Scottsdale, Randy Dorsch of Cave Creek, Russell Dorsch (Vicki) of Phoenix, Jennifer Czerak (Steven) of Palatine, Christine Green (Brandon) of Rolling Meadows and Timothy Malinowski (Alison Zentz) of Fox Lake.
