Gloria A. Nelson Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Granito and Lena Granito; and her sister Veronica. She is survived by: her husband Robert Nelson; her children, Michael (Mary), Marc and Sandy (Steve); and her grandchildren, Robert, Samuel, Nicholas, Matthew and Emma.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the G. L. Hills Funeral Home (745 Graceland Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A prayer was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Protomartyr Church (1280 Prospect Ave., Des Plaines, Illinois 60018).
