He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim W. Moy and Helen Moy (Lee). He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Moy and John Moy; and his nephews, Justice Moy and Jericho Moy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home (1520 N Arlington Heights Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (2501 E Euclid Ave, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to National Kidney Foundation of Illinois.
