He was predeceased by: his parents, Bess Anita and Lester Stein, Sr.; his former wives, Judi Stein and Lois Stein; and his brother Leonard Stein (Char).
He is survived by: his wife Norma Jung-Stein; his children, Cathy Stein and Michael Stein (Tracie); his stepchildren, Lynn Manhard, Bob Koehler, Sharon Klingman, Cathy Hunkeler and Mary Thuma; and his brother Lester Stein (Joanne).
