Janusz Chmielewski Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janusz Chmielewski of Des Plaines, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2026 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Janusz may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Zygmunt Chmielewscy and Maria Chmielewscy; his spouse Gosia; his children, Kuba and Michal Chmielewski; and his siblings, Ireneusz Chmielewski and Marzena Aleksandrowicz.
