She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignatius Malek and Mary Malek; and her husband Joseph Koziol. She is survived by: her children, Kurt Koziol (Karen) and Mary Beth Smith (Thomas); her grandchildren, Joe Koziol (Taryn), Jaime Delaney (Thomas), Jaclyn Schneider (Stone), Courtney Smith and Connor Smith; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Isla Koziol, Burke, Reese and Hugh Delaney; and her siblings, Lillian Smietana (Walter) and Ceil Moskal (Richard).
