He was predeceased by: his pet Kimo; and his parents, Marion Hazzard (Palmer) and Charles Hazzard. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Hazzard (Ryan Jeethan), Monica Hazzard (Kyle Dohm) and Thelma; his sisters, Loretta Lee, Maureen Willis and Elaine Hazzard; and his close friend Kimo. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
