It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Eleanor Weiss of Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Harder and Mildred Harder; her husband Dean Richards Weiss; and her son Jeffrey Richards Weiss. She is survived by: her daughter Julie Chandler (Randy); her daughter-in-law Dawn Weiss; her sister-in-law Diane Bodenhemier-Barnhart; her grandchildren, Jamie Hadady (Mike), Dean Weiss II, Jon Chandler (Mary Kate), Morgan Weiss and Madeline Weiss; her great grandchildren, Truman, Sumner, Viola, Louisa Hadady and Baby Chandler; her cousin Karen LeBlanc; and her goddaughter Sue Scott. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
