She was predeceased by : her spouse Maximiliano Garcia; and her parents, Ignacio Sanchez and Cecilia Monterroza. She is survived by : her children, Maximilliano (Rosa Garcia), Carmen (Leonardo Melendez), Salvador (Angela Garcia), Federico (Guadalupe Garcia), Josefina Garcia, Jesus (Maria Elena Garcia), Lilliana (Paul Bellos) and Jorge (Nora Garcia). She is also survived by 29 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren and 19 Great-Great Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the G. L. Hills Funeral Home, Ltd. (745 Graceland Ave, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A prayer was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (794 Pearson St, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
