Nora Johnston Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nora Johnston (Des Plaines, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 10, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rogers (Jack) and Kathleen Costello; and her siblings, Rosaleen, John, Malachy, Kieran and Maeve (Passed).

She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Rory Johnston (Lucinda), Sean Johnston (Anita) and Dierdre; her grandchildren, Pamela (Brad), Michael (Danielle), Lisa (Tony), Dana, Brian, Nicholas and Shannon; and her siblings, Beatrice Gyle (N. Ireland) of Bangor and Brendan (N. Ireland) of Belfast. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
