It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Siedlecka CSFN of Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on January 23, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Casimir Siedlecki and Mary; and her siblings, Casimir Siedlecki (Concetta), Alexander Siedlecki (Irene), Helen Palucki (Stanley) and Irene Kania (Chester).
She is survived by: her nieces, Barbara Stachon (Joseph), Phyllis Achterkircen and Charlene Miller (Jimmy); her nephew Al Siedlecki; and her cousin Sylvia Tomsky.
