He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Lazzari and Sestillia Lazzari; and his aunts, Linda Uccardi (late Chris) and Clara Decanini (Lando). He is survived by : his brother Jeffrey Lazzari (Joyce); his cousins, Joyce Natkin (Mark) and Mary Ann Meschi; and his aunts and uncles, Siberian Huskies Kai Kai, Kai Kai and Samoyed.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Zachary Church (567 W Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60018). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
