Robert H. Miller Obituary
Visitation for Robert H. Miller, 88, of Des Plaines, will be held from 9:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 342 E. Wood Street, Palatine. The Interment will be held privately at Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie.
He was a graduate of Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin, and went on to obtain his law degree from Northwestern University. His passions were world traveling, playing guitar, singing, and golfing. He served four years in the United States Army in Panama.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jo-Ann (nee Bonk) Miller; Daughter Linda (James) Humphrey and daughter in law Amy Miller; Grandchildren Jack, Austin, and Isabel; sister-in-laws Patricia Kullowitch, Belle (Chuck) Lehman; brother in law Jerry (Rose) Bonk and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Robert is preceded in death by his son Kenneth Miller; brother Richard Miller; brother in law Robert Bonk and sister-in-law Susan Mindak.
