He is survived by: his sister Diana Howell; and his children, Shelly Howell, Kristen Griffith, Kandy Howell, Angela Caceres, Jason Howell, Justin Howell and Jordan Howell. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
